Thule Touring M Roof Box

A roof box is a lovely addition to your car storage when going on holiday, it can mean freeing up precious leg space and making the car journey a lot more pleasant.

Thule are the leading manufacturers of car roof boxes and the Thule Touring M Roof Box is a great one to buy as it’s large and should easily have ample room for your supplies.

The last time we went camping the youngest in the back was so hemmed in I’m sure he would have loved to have this roof box then!

It’s often easy to think that you should increase your overall car size, but financially for the times you actually need that extra storage space it’s simply not worth the investment.  It’s much easier to purchase a roof box and add to your car as and when you need it.

The Thule Touring Roof Box range consists of 5 boxes ranging in size from 330 up to 430 litres. The range (apart from the Thule Touring Sport) enjoys dual side opening for convenient mounting, loading and unloading and prices range from £395 for the Thule M to £620 for the Thule XXL.

All boxes have a central locking system which provides maximum safety and use the FastClick quick-mount system with integrated torque indicator for simple, secure fixing.

The Thule Touring roof boxes are available in black glossy and matt silver colours.

N.B – The boxes are quite bulky and heavy so will probably require 2 people to safely lift onto car and to avoid potential scratches to bodywork.

Thule are without a doubt the top dogs when it comes to roof boxes. I agree with you about the touring range, they are some of the nicest and most practical roof boxes on the market. They are also some of the most expensive, if you are on a budget you could take a look at Thule’s Karrite range, equally as nice!
