Having a decent and reliable coat for children is a must, you want them to be warm when it’s cold and dry when it’s wet, but sometimes this can mean having 2 or 3 coats for different times of the year.
The beauty of the Cannonball 3 in 1 kids waterproof jacket from Mountain Warehouse is that it really is an all-year round coat. It has 2 layers which means 3 different ways you could wear it.
In the colder months you keep the inner fleece zipped in to give you the much needed insulation. When it’s a little chilly say in the Spring and Autumn months you can unzip the inner fleece and just wear on it’s own. And of course in the British summer time where we’re destined for rain, the outer layer does just the trick in keeping you nice and dry without making you too warm.

In the time we’ve had this coat, it’s been worn pretty much every day, it’s practical enough for school yet still smart looking for weekend outings.
