Backpack Solar Panel from Xenta – Review

Another useful piece of equipment when out on a hike is a device to charge your phone or any device that uses a USB charger.  The backpack solar panel from Xenta is able to do these things and is slim enough to slot into your backpack without taking up too much space and more importantly doesn’t weigh that much either!

The only downside to the solar panel charge would be the distinct lack of sunshine we have in the UK!

The solar panel is designed with hikers in mind but can also be used anywhere where electric sockets might not be on offer like camping or caravaning.

The backpack solar panel size is 19.6 x 29.3cm.

You simply charge the panel placing it in direct sunlight where possible and then once charged you plug in your USB device.

The panel has a secure strap on the back and a mesh to secure your device when it’s charging. It also has a hanging loop to secure the panel to a backpack or to hang in the best position to catch the sunlight.

Using a solar panel charger is the most eco-friendly way to charge your phone or device.
